Suggested Use: Create a sacred space for your practice. Give yourself enough room for movement and free time afterwards to be present. Sweep the floor, roll out a Yoga mat and collect a few props. The Yoga exercises are designed to be used sequentially, paired with the guided meditation that follows. Reflect on how you feel before, during and after practicing. To deeply explore these practices, you can commit to a 6-Day Sadhana - using Video 1 & 2 every day for six days, and taking one rest day. Then going on to Video 3 & 4 for another six days, and so on. This will allow you to fully absorb the benefits, establish a regular home practice, and begin to craft your own style.
