Community Hatha Yoga

Discover the benefits of physical alignment and dynamic breathing with traditional Hatha Yoga. Join us for a 90-minute class that combines physical asana, pranayama and breathing, meditation, and philosophy. Hands-on assists will be provided to help you feel connected, supported, and inspired!

This class is a monthly offering through the Vira Bhava Yoga Teacher Training in Atlanta. Everyone is welcome to come practice with us and learn more about how to empower your life with the practice of Yoga. Open to all levels.
